This would be cool. I know you can run multiple instances of Mumble, there's tons of guides, but essentially it's adding a "-m" to the end of the shortcut to Mumble to tell it to run a separate instance. As far as scripting different configs, I've not seen anything like that. I run several clients at once usually, and having some sort of script that loads my prefered configs in for each would be sweet.
