After about 10 minutes mumble stops working

When I am in a mumble server chatting it will work for about 5-10 minutes and then all of a sudden people can't hear me and I can't hear anyone else. I can only see my talk light going on but other people cannot and I cannot see other peoples talk light on. The issue is always fixed by reconnected to a server but obviously that does not work very well as it usually takes a while for me to realize that the issue has started again. I have tried a fresh install and that has not helped any.
