Virtual server and slot limitation per instance

There are no recommendations as far as I can tell. This is highly dependent on several factors, like hardware, virtualization platform, Host OS, Guest OS, bandwidth, etc.


Murmur is very conservative, on resources and bandwidth. If you're worried about capacity, I would just keep on adding and watching performance metrics for your environment. Make sure you leave yourself headroom for individual channel growth, if that's something that's likely to happen.
