Mumble Keeps Randomly Freezing and my mic activates

So since I came back to using mumble, everytime it keeps freezing and my overlay and my mumble stop responding too, when I wait a lil it comes back but it freezes again, so my mic also activates when I am not holding my push to talk button and I have uninstalled and installed multiple versions of mumble now and I still can't find a fix, anyone here that can help me?
