File Explorer runs slowly

When trying to set images for pretty much anything in Mumble with the Insert Image function, the file explorer that pops up runs much slower than normal and doesn't load the majority of the image icons in the folder.

I'm using IrfanView and SageThumbs but I have no problem with icons in any other program that brings up a file explorer for selecting pictures. I also doubt either of these programs could be the cause for how slow the navigation is in the file explorer.

Mumble, through Qt, opens a standard windows open dialog, AFAIK.

Contrary to the programs you named, Mumble does not install any Windows Shell extensions. So, no idea where this would come from.
