Router blocking Mumble

Hello,

Until recently I was able to connect to my friends server using 1.2.8 without any problems however as of the past 2 weeks I am unable to connect except for once out of pure luck I would imagine I was able to to connect. I have turned off my firewall in Windows 7 as well as checked my router to see if it is blocking anything but do not seem to be able to find the problem. I have spent a few hours trying to find an answer using Google but I have come up short and I am now seeking for some help/guidance from this forum.

I am able to connect to a random server however when I try to connect to my friends server I get: Server connection failed: Connection timed out. I am running Windows 7 and my router is a Netgear WNR3500Lv2. I can however connect to the server using my andriod phone.

I have tried to restart the PC as well as the router to no avail.
