Murmur Uninstalled But Channels & Users Return

What is required to completely uninstall Murmur/Mumble? I uninstalled Murmur and used 3rd party apps to clean everything which could be found but upon reinstalling Murmur and using the same murmur.ini the same channels and registered users appeared again. These old settings must be stored somewhere mysterious. I wonder where?

Check %APPDATA%\Mumble and C:\Users\\murmur.sqlite.

The windows Mumble uninstaller does provide the checkable option to also remove all settings.

Mumble stores data in the registry and the %APPDATA%/Mumble folder.
