Server connection failed: connection refused

So I got a new computer recently and re-installed Mumble, but when I tried to log into the mumble server I use, it says "Server connection failed: connection refused." The thing is, I never got the password prompt (the server is password protected), am I'm not sure why it won't prompt it. Someone mentioned something about certificates, but I didn't know how to create a trusted certificate. I've tried importing it from my old computer but that didn't work either.

Does anyone know what's going on or what I messed up? Thanks in advance!
