Visual indicators not working in 1.2.8

When I run Mumble 1.2.6, I get a visual indication of three things:

Which user in my channel is talking (the lips turn red)

Which users on the server are muted (icon off to the far right)

Which users on the server are deafened (icon off to the far right)


I run Mumble 1.2.8 and I do not see these visual indicators.
