mumble problem after reinstalling

I recently had to reformat and reload my PC. I reinstalled mumble and remade the certificate as specified by my guild. I can log into mumble just fine but I can only enter the Admin or registration rooms. None of the Admins can register me for particular games. They can not even see me in the list of users from what I understand. Please help.
