Speakers as input?

You're selecting a device as your input.

That device (your sound-card) probably allows some setup; be it system- or driver-settings.

So you have to set up what your device interprets as input in your system, not mumble.

This depends on whether your operating system offers a device for that. For me it is called Stereo Mix. You might have to enable it in your OS configuration. Then you can select it instead of your microphone.
