I can hear myself on others PC's

You can tell them to check their setup, that only their mic is used as input and not their output (audio driver settings),

if they use speakers that they have to see how it works better,

and the easiest solution: activate echo cancellation in Mumbles Audio Input settings, which consumes a little bit of CPU though (the normal level should be enough).
