UDP Not being transmitted

Fixed to a point... Had to enable TCP mode... UDP will not accept packets.

I am currently hosting a mumble server on a dedicated server computer on my home network with speeds of 150mbps//50mbps off of a Linux Ubuntu LTS operating system. PORTS ARE OPEN

My current issue is that I cannot talk to people when I login to the Mumble server on the same network with a different computer... All of my stuff is plugged in, when I do the tests inside Mumble everything works fine... Even when I run a Ventrilo server I am able to communicate with people...

What am I doing wrong?!

Can anybody help me?

EDITS:
