"Connection Timed Out" on my own server

I'm following the guide on http://wiki.mumble.info/wiki/Murmurguide, but when I try to establish a connection to said server, all I get is "connection timed out". I can connect to any other server except my own.

I checked the ports i'll be using for the server and they're open

I'm using my external IP for the connection, if I use the local IP, everything goes fine.

I also tried connecting through another computer, same message appears.

What should I do?
