Create new channel programmatically

I would like to assign a channel on Murmur to each taxi driver using my app so that users may contact them on their own specific channel. The channels could be created when the taxi driver registers and so the channel creation might be done either on the iOS app or on the php back-office.

I found information about how to add channels manually, often on windows, how may I do it from a php script?

I was not even clear how you access a different channel on the Mumble iOS app, there is apparently no option to select a different channel.

You may use Ice to create channels on a Mumble server and to do many other stuff...
