Picking up radio stations while on mumble

Friend came to me with an issue, that he is hearing what I believe is a radio station. Can't really tell because its in another langue. He says this only happens when on mumble, and we can hear it perfectly when pushes his push to talk. He says its very faint to him. Curious if anyone might of have this issue, or where I could look to help him.

It's faintly possible, although extremely unlikely, that they have a very very quiet (broken?) microphone and Mumble tries to compensate with ridiculously high gain, and the microphone cable together with other stuff acts as a receiver. Again, that's very unlikely. Have them check if gain is set to a very high value in the audio input settings.

Also check if they have something like a TV capture card connected to an antenna in their system.
