murmur.ini not linked to current murmur.exe

I had renamed my murmur.exe (current server) and now today after an update it made a new murmur.exe and now the murmur.ini is registered to the new murmur.exe and I can't change settings for the current server. So I have the murmur.exe and current server.exe in the same folder with no ini for current server.exe.
