Push to Talk delay after Windows 10 upgrade

I am using 1.2.10 and after upgrading to Windows 10 I have noticed that Push to Talk will not always work. It will either have a delay opening and closing mic or not even detect the PTT key being pressed. I have tried compatibility mode and I am running in Admin. Any help would be awesome, thank you!
