Unable to get my server online

Hey guys, it's probably something simple that I'm missing...but I just can't get my Murmur server up and running.

My external IP is:

Port forwarded (default): 64738

I've checked the port on canyouseeme.org:

Success: I can see your service on on port (64738)

Your ISP is not blocking port 64738

I've disabled windows firewall and panda anti-virus in the meantime.
