Input devices grayed out, Windows 10

Never used mumble before, heard it was better than Vent, so I downloaded.

But I am not getting any outbound talk going. I can join a server and hear them, my push to talk is not doing anything. (Yes I set up the shortcut). I also tried just continuous to test. Nothing.

So I went back to the wizard, and saw that it was showing "Default Device", and the dropdown was grayed out. I am thinking I have to manually select my Microsoft webcam as the input, but being grayed out, I can't do that
