Looking for a Voip chat system with the lowest latency possible, I cam across Mumble. But I am not able to get latency better than Dicord.

 

I sat max bandwith to:
bandwidth=100000

in the ini-file

 

As I imagine that this has influence on the latency, But my client (mumla on android) still connects with 72 kbps.

 

Any best practice on how to get the lowest latency posible?

This has nothing to do with latency but with audio quality (and therefore the size of the sent packets).

Latency is mostly determined by the speed of your internet connection and on top of that the speed of the server's internet connection.
