The notifications pop-up window does not show and has never shown up for me before. I have the latest Mumble version, I'm on Windows 7. Under Settings-Messages, I have the majority of the options checked for 'notification.' On my computer, I have mumble set to 'show icon and notifications.'

Its says 1.3.0~733~g664d5bc~snapshot. Although I've been using mumble for months now and have updated it many times and it's never worked before, I only recently found out that this is a feature. It's probably something on my end but I don't know what.
