1.3.0 Snapshot and updates

Is there a way to have Mumble 1.3.0 Snapshot check for updates before connecting to a server, rather than doing it after or in parallel with the connection? It's a bit disconcerting to connect to a voice server, then disconnect pretty much immediately so I can do an update.

Not at the moment.

I would consider this a useful feature request though - to at least give the user the option to not connect to the server and instead wait for the check and download to finish.
