Overley doens't work on CS GO

Hi

i use mumble with Counter Strike global offensive, and the overlay doesn't work, actually my game doesn't start when overlay is active.

here my lunch option on cs go: -nod3d9ex -console -novid -refresh 60 -high -threads 2 +cl_forcepreload 1 -nojoy

I don't know where is the problem.
