Linux TTS issues

So I've tried both the latest stable and snapshot. Neither which are working with TTS which I have confirmed is working on my system with other TTS applications. I'm running Antergos (Arch derivative). Is there anything I should be looking for to could be incorrectly setup in Mumble?
