Mumble Delay

3 Days ago I installed a new gfx card, a nvidia Geforce GTX 950 of that matters, after that my mumble start being wierd, when im in a game my mumble starts having delay, when I alt tab everything goes back to normal again, then when I tab back the delay is back. Anyone have any idea about this?

**Update** its only lagging when im playing The Division btw
