Voice activity does not work

I have a problem with Voice activity on mumble you can see my settings in the attached file. I can see the bar going up and down when I am setting up silence below and speach above. When I speak with thease settings I dont get the red mouth only if I push Caps Lock which is my push to talk button. Right now I can choose between push to talk and continious. Hope someone can help me getting Voice activity to work.
