I had to do a forced shut down on my computer, then ran ccleaner, after doing so and going to log into mumble I had to put all info back in but once I logged out the next time I logged in I had to do the same thing. I lost all 3 of my favorites. uninstalled and reinstalled. and the issue continues. any help would be appreciated.

Most likely you need to delete %APPDATA%/Mumble/mumble.sqlite and then reconfigure Mumble.
