Hearing crazy echo from others except room creator...

we are 4 people talking, and all of us hear each others voices echoing through the speakers, except for the room creator! his voice is clear and good. but as soon as we others talk, there's echo. we've tried to fiddle with audo settings, but no solution yet... and the room creator hears all of us clearly. we have even changed room creators but the result is still the same; creator hears us clearly, but we hear ourselves echoing, except the creators voice, which is clear.


we are all using mumble 1.2.16


how to fix this??
