Windows 10 Information Pane Blank

I have a bootcamped version of windows 10 and I just downloaded mumble. You can see in the attached image that the entire pane isn't rendering at all, status messages or text. If this is a known issue, I couldn't find any references to it. If anyone knows anything, I'd appreciate it.

see that the left pane is completely blank
