Can't connect to own Murmur server

I host my own Murmur server on a VPS and I can't connect to it (I could connect to it two weeks ago).

The server shows as offline on my client, both on my PC (Windows 10) and on my phone (android).

Other users can connect to the server and I can connect to other servers.

I'm hosting a TS3 server as well and have no problems connecting to that.

I've been in contact with my ISP and they can't find any problems on their end.

I tried changing the port of the server but the problem was the same.

I used NMAP to ping the IP and port of the server, and it pings just fine.

Can the protocol Murmur uses be blocked in some way, either on my network or the VPS network?

Any help is appreciated.
