Is it a way to switch option from command line in windows ?

I'm acutaly writing a little script to allow me to fast switch between my headphone and speakers.

While i'm on a headphone, i let my microphone transmission in "vocal activity" and when i'm on speakers i use push to talk, I woud like to switch it in the script, is there a way to do it ?
