Mumble Audio Notifications Not Working

Up until a few days ago, I'd receive a text to speech notification if someone joined the server, joined the channel, left the channel, etc. But for some reason it has stopped doing that. The text-to-speech boxes ARE checked in the options panel -- any idea what might be causing this?

Mumble uses the TTS engine provided by the OS.

Make sure the OS TTS settings are not disabled or low volume.

I've figured out the issue, it was something else entirely. Thanks for the suggestion, though.
