Hi,

I have a weird issue with Mumble on Archlinux. My buddies are complaining that my audio quality is horrible, but when I record myself with Mumble or another program, the quality is really good.

I do not have this problem on Windows.

Also it seems that the quality is better when I'm the only one who talks, but not sure.

I have gigabit fiber and the audio settings in Mumble are at maximum.

Any ideas?

Not sure.

Mumble does, if the server is set up as such, switch from the great Opus codec to its predecessor CELT 0.7 should an outdated client join the server or channel (not sure which one triggers it).

AFAIK this should be visible in the log. CELT is not that bad either though.
