Cannot connect to my server...

but i can connect to the public realm servers. This is a strange issue, i keep getting the message "Server connection failed: Connection timed out." on my PC. If i go to my laptop and connect to the same server, no problems. Now if i come back to my PC after connecting from my laptop, my PC connects just fine. What would cause this?
