What means Error during SSL handshake?

Connection closed: Error during SSL handshake: error:14094416:SSL routines:ssl3_read_bytes:sslv3 alert certificate unknown [13]

 

Was this a Connecting try by a normal Client?

And wehn yes,why failt it?


Has the User decline the Self sign Certificate of the Server?


BTW:I Hate the Warning in the current behavior of handling self sign certificates,

i think the warning should more background.
