Everyone suppressed on login

Im trying to set up a mumble server, but every time someone logs in they are automatically suppressed. The users are all registered and added to a group "users" in the root channel which have the ACL permission "speak" (along with everything else except: kick, ban and write ACL). How do I stop the server from doing this?

Suppresed = denied speak.

Try to add +speak for @all at the bottom on the channel you're testing on (or root if that's where you set all that up) and see if that helps.

If it does, double-check your ACLs.
