Mumble Not Responding/ Very Sluggish

Downloaded mumble to be able to communicate with friend on a game I play. However, when I launch mumble it will stop responding or will act very sluggish as if there is a 10-15 sec delay in the response time of the command I give. Only Way I can fix this is to restart my computer or uninstall and reinstall. To do either every time I want to use mumble to talk to friends is little crazy to do and is starting to get very frustrating. Can someone help me figure out a solution to this? Thanks in advance.

Hm, I have had this problem some time in the past, but I think it just disappeared at some point. Sadly I can’t provide any helpful suggestions or possible causes.

Unfortunately this has been going on for 2-3 months. Sometimes it works fine, but most of the time its very sluggish in responding and makes it a nightmare to join different channels on a server.
