Creating a software package for schools for mumble

I'm from a small IT company from Hamburg, in northern germany. We're working closely with schools, we develop software management packages for them in the third party tool iserv.

I wanted to ask if it is allowed to build such a package for schools (educational use)?

please refer to the respective licenses. It kind of depends on the components you want to package.

But generally, packaging the core program is not an issue.

What do you plan to package?
