Mumble triggers Ati Powerplay

Hi,


it took me some time finding out what triggers my Ati idle power mechanics, but I found out it is Mumble. I updated to latest dev version and the triggering got less, I was using version 1.2.0 beta before. The problem is, Mumble somehow let my Ati Hd5850 change from idle to fullspeed in specific intervals.
