Mumble Client and Handheld Radio BT

Hi, I am running mumble client on Raspberry Pi, actual Raspberry Pi OS 32bit.

I also have a handheld radio, which does offer VOX capability (voice recognition to simulate PTT) and has Bluetooth capability. What I would like to do is connect the handheld to the mumble client on the Pi to receive and transmit over radio.

The radio does want to connect to a headset bluetooth profile, so how do I couple the radio to get audio in and out to mumble on Pi?
