baraqyal
So, I take it StartCom is not a trusted CA for Mumble? As my certificate gets rejected when I connect to my server, so I either have to exempt it or decline. Ideally I'd like it to be fully working. So is it that or could it be that I screwed up my certificate or something.Suggestions? :(
Moderators pcgod Posted November 20, 2010 Moderators Share Posted November 20, 2010 Make sure the hostname in the certificates matches the hostname you're trying to connect to. It's hard to be more specific without the SSL error message from Mumble's client log.
baraqyal
It does. Not sure if there is a log somewhere I should be looking at, but the message I get is:1. The issuer certificate of a locally looked up certificate could not be found2. The root CA certificate is not trusted for this purpose3. No certificates could be verified
