Overlay filter suggestion: Recent speakers

Currently (1.2.3) the overlay allows you to "Filter" the user-list with:

• Only talking
• All in current channel
  
• All in linked channels

 

A new option would be nice:

• Only recently talking

 

Speakers would be added to the list when they spoke, and are removed when they haven't spoken in more than 5 minutes or when they leave all applicable channels.

This would improve the user-experience when using channels that many people are idling inside.

I think 5 minutes are too much to make this useful. But making it configurable would be good, allowing for adoption for whatever you’re using it for; hiding long-time-afklers or just hiding the non-speakers (2min not talked).
