A mumber banned comes always back

Hi Guys,


I have a problem with my mumble server. A user makes noises on my serv, i ban him, but he always comes back few minutes later. And, it's always the same user. When i check the banlist, there are several members ban. But this man is the only user that i banned, and i'm the only one who've got the rights on this serv.


What can I do to definitly ban him ? How does he do to get unbaned himself ?
