Reject connections if the client version is not 1.2.3

Hello,

We've updated Murmur to version 1.2.3. Some of our users are still using 1.2.2 client version (because they are a bit lazy to update it) and prevent us to use new features like priority speaker.

I was wondering if it's possible to only accept connections from 1.2.3 version. I didn't find any options in .ini file neither a script to do so.

Thanks!

PS: sorry, my english is not good.
