Registration: Source-based callback failed. Server not reac

I have the port 64738 routed to my PC with IP 192.168.1.10 and the firewall has the port routed to that IP as well. Yet, I cannot for some reason be able to be seen from outside the LAN.

Here is my murmur.ini:

Have you forwarded both the UDP and TCP port. The TCP port is used for setting up the communication and the UDP port is used for the raw audio stream transfer.

Computer specs: AMD FX-8320, 8GB DDR3-SDRAM, AMD Radeon HD 7950, Asus Xonar D1, Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit/Debian Jessie AMD64.
