Sound tearing in mumble

Hello,


I have problem with sound quality on mumble. basically I cant hear anything as when someone speaks (it is ok for 2-3 seconds then it breaks), it sounds like it is tearing and losing the sound. I can't describe it exactly, maybe something like when you slow down sound via some software to get funny noise. I thought this might be caused by connection (i am in rented apartment without direct access to wifi router) so I tried skype and it was working properly ( i have heard the same distortion for 2 seconds and then it was ok). People are able to hear me clearly without any issues.


can anyone help with this? basically i cant raid without mumble :(
