Feature Request Mute specific persons text to speech

I am asking for a feture to Mute peoples text to speech

I have Text to speech enabled cause some of my friends don't have mics and if i am doing something i can just hear what they type the problem is there are some annoying people that will type one word per line to annoy people so now i hear

friend one: hey you want to go to bla tonight

friend two: sure

random annoying person: Hey

random annoying person: Can

random annoying person: I

random annoying person: come

random annoying person: too

random annoying person: Please

random annoying person: I

random annoying person: will

random annoying person: pay

random annoying person: for

random annoying person: first

random annoying person: drink

it is so annoying and it happens allot that I see I have joined a few servers and there is almost always one person that does this
