Mumble not working when in other programs!

Hey, I play League of Legends and whenever I bring up LoL window or go in to the game, my mic dosnt work. But if I alt-tab and bring up mumble screen, my mic works. Any idea what can cause this malfunction ?

Make sure you are running both LoL and Mumble as Admin.
