Mumble preventing output from other programs

Since a windows update a few weeks ago, I've been getting a rather irritating problem with mumble.


Whenever mumble is running, I cannot get sound output from other programs. However, whenever someone talks, it allows the audio to come through for other programs, and allows the audio to continue after they have spoken.


I've ensured that exclusivity is turned off for audio output in both mumble and in Windows 7's sound output settings.


Anyone else getting this problem?


I'm running a Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium Fatal1ty Champion Series on Windows 7 64-bit.
